By accessing or using Tether Cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Service Description

Tether Cards provides virtual debit cards with programmable spending controls for AI agents. The service includes:

  • Virtual card issuance
  • Programmable logic gates for spending rules
  • Transaction monitoring and fraud detection
  • Loop protection and automatic freezing
  • Human-in-the-loop approval workflows

User Responsibilities

As a Tether Cards user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Monitor your AI agents' spending activity
  • Configure appropriate spending rules and limits
  • Maintain sufficient funds in your funding source
  • Not use the service for illegal activities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Tether Cards to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Purchase illegal goods or services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Circumvent spending rules or security measures
  • Resell or transfer your account without authorization

Fees and Billing

Tether Cards charges fees for card issuance and transactions. Current pricing is available at tether.mitchi.xyz/pricing. Fees are subject to change with notice.

Transaction Disputes

If you dispute a transaction:

  1. Contact support within 30 days of the transaction
  2. Provide transaction details and reason for dispute
  3. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
  4. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to your funding source

Limitation of Liability

Tether Cards is not liable for:

  • Actions taken by your AI agents
  • Merchant refusal to honor transactions
  • Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
  • Losses due to unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Have insufficient funds for transactions and fees
  • Request account closure

You may close your account at any time. Outstanding balances must be settled before closure.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
